Reports Section

The Reports section is used to access various XtreamService reports, including the Sales Summary report and the Direct Mail Communications Summary report.

The Reports section displays on the More Menu. To access the More menu, click the (More) icon on any screen in the XtreamService application.

The following screens can be accessed by clicking the links in the Reports section.

  • Sales Summary screen. This screen is used to review a variety of sales data and statistics, including the gross profit per sale, the number of service leads and sales campaign leads that resulted in vehicle sales, and which vehicles generated the most gross profit.

  • Utilization Summary screen. This screen is used to review employee usage of the XtreamService application. Using this report, managers can review the total number leads sent to the integrated customer relationship management (CRM) system. In addition, managers can review the number of leads viewed using the XtreamService application or FOCUS in the Digital Retail Platform.

  • Email Communications Summary screen. This screen is used to review the effectiveness of Email marketing materials. Using this report, managers can review the number of Email messages that were sent, the number of individuals contacted, and the number of vehicle sales associated with the Email messages. In addition, managers can review the profit and revenue generated from the vehicle sales.

  • Direct Mail Communications Summary screen. This screen is used to review the effectiveness of direct mail marketing materials. Using this report, managers can review the number of direct mail pieces that were sent, the number of individuals contacted, and the number of vehicle sales associated with the direct mail. In addition, managers can review the profit and revenue generated from the vehicle sales.

  • Vehicle Acquisition Summary screen. This screen is used to review information about trade-in vehicles. Using this report, managers can review the number of vehicles acquired, the types of customers from whom the vehicles were acquired, and the types of vehicles acquired.
